Aerobic maintenance contracts

Most rural homes on blackland clay run an aerobic treatment unit with sprinkler heads, because the clay can’t soak up effluent the way sandy ground can. Texas expects those systems to be checked on a schedule under a maintenance contract. We handle the visits, so the system keeps treating and the paperwork keeps up.
