Bonham is the county seat, home to the Fannin County courthouse. New homes on acreage outside town, out toward Lake Bonham and Bois d’Arc Lake to the north and northeast, are mostly on septic, and most new systems on this clay are aerobic units with surface spray.
That growth means a lot of aerobic systems coming off their first two-year maintenance contract. That’s when owners decide who services the system next. We take over contracts and keep the four-month visits on schedule.
Around Bonham we also see older conventional tanks on family land and shops, and steady demand for portable toilets on new-home job sites.

Bonham questions
Asked around Bonham.
My builder’s aerobic contract is ending. Can Diamond E take it over?
Yes. Aerobic maintenance contracts are one of our core services. Call before the current contract runs out so there’s no gap in your inspections.
Who issues septic permits for a new house near Bonham?
On-site sewage permits in Fannin County come from the county’s permitting office acting for TCEQ, or from TCEQ where there is no local program. Your installer or designer usually files it. Call the Fannin County offices in Bonham to confirm the current process.
Do you deliver portable toilets to job sites around Bonham?
Yes. We rent portable toilets for construction sites and service them on a schedule. Tell us how many workers are on site and how long the job runs, and we’ll size it.
